EXTENSION offers award-winning healthcare software solutions that enable collaborative communication between and among patients, care providers, and other healthcare staff members. Our solutions enhance a broad array of communication devices used as clinical workflow tools by aggregating data from various HIS/IT systems and medical devices to deliver context-aware, time-critical alerts and notifications to those devices. The EXTENSION platform tightly integrates any HL7 or web services-based medical application, or device with corporate telephony systems and other endpoints using standards-based protocols.
